Opis apartament

Nasz apartament usytuowany jest w jednym z najbardziej czarujących zakątków historycznego Krakowa, na małej, przytulnej uliczce dawnej dzielnicy żydowskiej, znajdującej się w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Bulwarów Wiślanych i zakola Wisły.

Składa się z 3 komfortowo umeblowanych pokoi, w tym 2 oddzielnych sypialni oraz pokoju dziennego, ponadto w mieszkaniu znajduje się jasna kuchnia, zadbana łazienka oraz osobna toaleta.

Wyjątkową zaletą apartamentu jest wspaniały 20-metrowy taras, z imponującym widokiem na zakole Wisły oraz barokowy kościół Św. Stanisława. Pełen zieleni taras wyposażony jest w wygodne meble ogrodowe, wentylator oraz elektryczny grill.

W jasnym pokoju dziennym znajduje się wygodna, rozkładana sofa, stół dla 4-6 osób, ponadto telewizor, DVD, wideo, wieża stereo, kolekcja płyt DVD, CD, książek, map i przewodników po Krakowie. Do dyspozycji naszych gości jest tu także komputer z dostępem do stałego łącza internetowego. W przyjemnie oświetlonych przytulnych sypialniach czekają na gości świeżo i starannie pościelone wygodne podwójne łóżka, ponadto przestronne szafy, komody i lampki nocne.

W przytulnej samodzielnej w pełni wyposażonej kuchni nasi goście znajdą między innymi: stolik kuchenny, dużą lodówkę z zamrażarką, kuchenkę z 4 palnikami i piekarnikiem, toster, ekspres do kawy oraz wszystkie niezbędne do gotowania i jedzenia przybory kuchenne dla 6 osób, sztućce, talerze oraz garnki. W zadbanej łazience znajduje się wanna z prysznicem, umywalka, pralka, szafka na przybory toaletowe a w niej suszarka do włosów i ręczniki dla naszych gości; do tego deska do prasowania oraz żelazko. W apartamencie znajduje się także osobna toaleta z małą umywalką.
Niestety ze względu na brak windy mieszkanie nie nadaje się dla osób niepełnosprawnych.

Apartament usytuowany jest w jednym z najbardziej czarujących zakątków historycznego Krakowa, na małej, przytulnej uliczce dawnej dzielnicy żydowskiej, znajdującej się w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Bulwarów Wiślanych i zakola Wisły, gdzie o każdej porze roku można spacerować, uprawiać sport lub po prostu relaksować się siedząc na ławeczce w cieniu drzew. Latem dodatkową atrakcję stanowią wycieczki po Wiśle statkiem spacerowym; zimą z okien lub tarasu można obserwować przepływające Wisłą barki.

O niepowtarzalnym klimacie Kazimierza decyduje mnóstwo małych galerii, antykwariatów, sklepików, oryginalnych restauracji, pełnych o każdej porze kawiarni i pubów. Wszystko to w fantastycznej scenerii wyjątkowej architektury Kazimierza, na którą składają się między innymi unikatowe w skali światowej zabytki żydowskie - synagogi i kirkuty oraz sąsiadujące z nimi imponujące kościoły średniowieczne.

To magiczne miejsce swoją atmosferą przypomina raczej małe miasteczko niż serce tętniącej życiem aglomeracji. Z całą pewnością krakowski Kazimierz jest polskim odpowiednikiem paryskiego Montmartre.

Zaledwie krótki spacer dzieli nas od najbliższych restauracji i kawiarni. W odległości 5 minut od apartamentu znajdują się sklepy, piekarnia i apteka, ponadto targowisko warzywne, sklep całodobowy oraz sklepik ze zdrową żywnością.

W pobliżu jest plac zabaw dla dzieci, basen, fitness centrum, kort tenisowy i lodowisko, a potrzeba zaledwie 25 minut, by dotrzeć piechotą do Skałek Twardowskiego – dawnego kamieniołomu, a obecnie parku krajobrazowego i raju dla wspinaczy.

Z pobliskiego przystanku komunikacji miejskiej, można szybko dotrzeć do wszystkich części miasta. Parkować można przed domem, a w odległości kilkuset metrów znajduje się parking strzeżony. Kraków jest zaledwie o 20 minut jazdy oddalony od Wieliczki i jej słynnych kopalni soli, 30 minut od Ojcowskiego Praku Narodowego i 2 godziny od Zakopanego i Tatr.

I would happily recommend your apartment to anyone. The facilities were excellent and we really couldn't have hoped for more. The apartment was clean & tidy & although in a quiet side street, it was only a few seconds walk to the nearest grocery & less than a ten minute walk into the old town area. The balcony was a major bonus & we spent every breakfast looking out onto the beautiful park & river below.The local district was also a pleasant surprise with its own character & an extensive array of bars & shops. I almost preferred this to the town centre as it was predominantly populated & frequented by locals rather thantourists. The town itself was beautiful & although compact there was still a lot to see & do. So much, in fact, that we have already decided to return & will certainly be staying with you again.

The apartment in Kazimierz is clean and spacious with all the comforts of home including well appointed  kitchen, reliable hot  water to bath and shower.  The covered balcony offers lovely views over the Vistula and southern Krakow and we found it a great delight to sit on the balcony for breakfast and in the evening and enjoy the view.  The apartment also offers a variety of entertainments including television, and video, CD and DVD players (including a selection of CDs and DVDs).  Not that we had much time to take advantage of these facilities since Krakow has too much to offer to spend many evenings in the apartment. The main square and Wawel castle are only a 15 minute walk away but frequent buses and trams stop approx 100 meters from the apartment and these will take you to the center in about 5 minutes.  The landlord, Mr. Celer was very friendly and helpful and offered a number of additional services if you required them such as taxi services from the airport and themed guided tours of Krakow.  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and the beautiful city of Krakow and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Krakow.  Kazimierz is a fascinating area of the city, full of atmosphere and a sense of history.   All of my family, from the oldest to the youngest, found lots to do, from tennis, cycling and go-karting for the children, to museums and galleries for the older ones.  The people were friendly and welcoming, and the flat was very comfortable and well equipped. The city has a lovely relaxed feel about it, and the hot and sunny weather was ideal for holiday makers from Scotland!  Even when it rained, I didn't mind because it was so warm.  I will definitely be recommending Poland to my friends.

We had a great time in Poland. The flat was lovely and spacious and very well provisioned. It fet very "homely" and it was a nice touch having the plants scattered through the flat and on the balcony. The covered balcony was great, it was like having an extra room, and we enjoyed having our breakfasts out there overlooking the park and the river. It took us a couple of days to realize how close we were to the path along the river leading to Wawel castle and the town which was a much nicer way of walking into town. We recommend any visitor should by the guide "Krakow in your pocket" for its no nonsense guide of where to eat and things to do. There was always something going on in the central square, which was also great, and generally there was lots to see and do. We always felt safe and unthreatened walking around.
